- Day 1Arrival in LisbonYou'll touch down in Lisbon and head straight to your 4-star hotel for check-in. This evening brings a traditional Fado show paired with dinner, which gives you a real taste of Portuguese food and the country's musical heritage all in one go. - Meals

- Day 2Lisbon City TourAfter breakfast, a guided half-day tour takes you through Lisbon's key spots. You'll walk through Avenida da Liberdade, climb up to Parque Eduardo VII where you get city views, then move into the older neighborhoods of Alfama and Bairro Alto. The tour wraps up at Praça do Comércio overlooking the Tagus River. From there, the afternoon is yours to either rest at the hotel or wander around on your own. - Meals

- Day 3Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais, and EstorilAfter breakfast, you're transferred for a full day exploring Sintra and Cascais. In Sintra, pick one palace or castle to visit: the National Palace, Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, or Quinta da Regaleira. Next stop is Cabo da Roca, mainland Europe's westernmost point with views of the Atlantic. Later, you'll head to the fishing village of Cascais for some time there, then drive back to Lisbon via the scenic Estoril coastal route. - Meals

- Day 4Évora with Wine TastingAfter breakfast, a full-day tour takes you to Évora, a UNESCO site known as the 'White City' and 'City Museum.' You'll see historic churches, old squares, whitewashed buildings, and winding medieval streets that show off different cultural influences. Free time at lunch gives you a chance to grab food on your own. The afternoon includes a visit to a wine farm where you'll see production and taste wines before heading back. - Meals

- Day 5Lisbon to Ponta DelgadaAfter breakfast, check out of your Lisbon hotel and get transferred to the airport. You'll fly domestically to Ponta Delgada in the Azores, then a transfer takes you to your 4-star hotel in town once you land. - Meals

- Day 6Lagoa do Fogo and Sete CidadesAfter breakfast, a full-day tour shows you the island's natural side. You'll visit a traditional pineapple plantation, see views from Pico de Carviño viewpoint, and check out the Sete Cidades volcanic area from Vista do Rei. Lunch happens in Sete Cidades town at a local restaurant. The afternoon continues along the western coast through Capelas, an old whaling village, then into Ribeira Grande's historic center. You can choose between visiting a liquor factory or soaking at Caldeira Velha's natural thermal baths. Before returning to Ponta Delgada, you'll see Lagoa do Fogo. - Meals

- Day 7Furnas Valley and Northern CoastAfter breakfast, you explore another part of the island. Head to Vila Franca do Campo to taste the local Queijada da Vila pastry, then into Furnas Valley to see volcanic activity and learn about Cozido das Furnas, the stew cooked naturally in the volcanic soil. If you want, visit Terra Nostra garden and take a thermal bath (bring your swimsuit). Continue to Furnas village for more volcanic sights, then drive to Gorreana tea plantation on the north coast to taste their black and green teas. The day finishes at Santa Iria viewpoint overlooking the northern coast. - Meals
