The hotel choices were great, right in the middle of the city in Lisbon and on the waterfront in Azores. The airfare and transportation was all taken care of very nicely. However, the details listed on the itineraries were not often followed on the tours, and I felt disappointed with some of the experiences. They are also not able to accommodate dietary restrictions on many of the day tours. Asked on February 2nd, 2025We can walk a lot. Don't like being on buses, being talked to by a guide all day long. Prefer outdoors rather than museums and cathedrals. We don't care about wine tasting, we don't drink. We are a couple that want our own time, not always with the group. We don't want the guide with us all the time talking. Best walking along rivers and through towns and streets. We can do easy to moderate walking. Don't need shows and dancing in the evenings.

The Azores are perfect for nature exploring and hikings. We can do nature exploring and walking in Lisbon as well but it is more of a cultural city. The North, specifically Geres Natural Park and Madeira Island could be something you'd like to explore.

No problem at all in flying to Porto, no extra cost for this. We can include two nights in Porto and add private transfers from and to Porto airport. The hotel would be Turim Porto 4 star which has the best location, breakfast is included. The total for this addition already for 2 people is 420 euros.
