Ben Hutchison was absolutely the best tour director I have ever traveled with. He is comical, empathetic, intelligent , knowledgeable and interesting. We traveled to the Canadian Rockies to Banff and Lake Louise at the end of August via bus. Ben shared much of Canada's history and culture with us. He is so enthusiastic and is so funny that I had tears streaming down my face. He proceeded to have a "horse race" on the bus. He sounded like an auctioneer and we all enjoyed that game. What a treasure he is for Trafalgar!

The itinerary was awesome, well planned and we visited some great places. The bus was very comfortable and the driver was excellent. I thought I had only booked for one night with shared accommodation so was a little disappointed that it was all 3 nights! The food was a bit average but very well organised. Jordan was amazing, his passion and enthusiasm were contagious. His knowledge is very impressive. He made a long drive very bearable and lots of fun.
