Itinerary
- Day 1
Jerusalem or Tel Aviv to Petra
You'll depart from Jerusalem or Tel Aviv and head toward the Sheikh Hussein Bridge to cross into Jordan. After clearing border procedures, the drive to Jarash takes about 2 hours, where you'll walk through the Roman ruins spread across the hillside. The columns and theaters here give a real sense of what life was like in this ancient city. From there, you'll continue on to Petra, arriving in time for dinner and settling in for the night.

- Day 2
Petra
After breakfast at your hotel, you have the full day in Petra, which takes around 6 hours to explore properly. You'll ride a horse through the Siq canyon, a narrow gorge with towering rock walls on either side, then emerge at the Pink Stone Treasury carved into the cliff face. There's also the Roman Theatre and various other sites to check out scattered throughout the area. By evening you'll head to Amman for dinner and overnight.

Madaba - Mount Nebo to Israel
Start with breakfast at the hotel, then take a vehicle tour around Amman to see the Amphitheatre and Citadel overlooking the city. After that, you'll visit the Folklore Museum and the Ancient Mosaic Map of the Holy Land located in Madaba, which shows the region as people understood it centuries ago. Next stop is Mount Nebo, where you can take in the panoramic views across to Israel. Later in the evening, you'll head back across the border into Israel using either the Sheikh Hussein Bridge or the Allenby crossing.
