Mr Jay, our guide, was very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to make the tour accessible and enjoyable for everyone in the group. He was very caring and made sure that we knew the itinerary in detail in advance and was able to help with necessary health problems in the group. My tour guide Mr. Jay went above and beyond to deliver the best possible experience for our group. I appreciated his punctuality, his knowledge about all things South Korean, and his daily briefings that kept us informed about not only the itinerary for the day but for the following day as well. In addition his ability to to inject a bit of humor into each day added an extra layer of enjoyment.
