- Brad· May 11th, 2025The tour route is very good and the sites well worth seeing. Our tour guide Justin was very knowledgeable on Korean history and provided us with an excellent book that he created containing information on Korea and the sites we visited. The hotels were comfortable and of a good standard. The breakfasts were excellent with choices available for all tastes. The only negative was that we didn't get enough time to fully explore most of the sites visited.Show moreUS Travel Korea commented on this reviewThank you for leaving a review. - AGAmanda· March 30th, 2025The tour was a great snap shot of South Korea. Our guide, Andy made the tour run seamlessly, despite the fast pace of it. Andy made sure each and every person was taken care of and we learnt so much about the South Korean history from him during our travels. Thanks so much Andy for sharing all your stories!Show moreUS Travel Korea commented on this reviewThank you for sharing your experience. - Annie· October 15th, 2023Most of this tour’s destination were just ok, only 2 locations were better and the duration of stay per location can use some improvements. For example, they gave us over 2 hours at one temple and not enough time at the national park. Most of our lunch times were pressed short, everything is in Korean so we have to google translate after waiting in lines after we find which place we want to order from. And it went on like that throughout our week. I read the itinerary when I signed up but their details were not very clear. We take at least 1 multi day tour if not more during our vacations and this tour did not compare at all. After this tour ended, we had a few extra days left and trained back to Busan, bought a day tour in Busan and it had so much more to see. The good parts of this tour was that we got to visit all the different villages and learned some of their history.Show moreTrip date: October 2023

Asked on July 23rd, 2025I would like to book the DMZ Tour on the last day of the tour (September 26th) since my flight departs at 8:55PM. Can I book this extra activity and bring our luggage along and be dropped off at the airport after the tour? Please also let me know how much it costs and if we can make it on time.
- US Travel KoreaOperator•Written July 2025
The DMZ tour costs $80 per person. However, due to potential variability in the tour's ending time, we do not recommend scheduling the tour in the morning if you have a flight later in the afternoon. Airport transfer service is available only if you are staying at our designated hotels.

Traveler•Written July 2025What are the stops included in the DMZ Tour? Can you list all the places we will visit during the tour?
- US Travel KoreaOperator•Written July 2025
The basic DMZ tour itinerary includes: Imjingak Park → ID check at Freedom Bridge → DMZ Theater & Exhibition Hall → The 3rd Infiltration Tunnel → Dora Observatory → Dorasan Station → Pass by Unification Village → Drop-off at City Hall. The order of stops may change depending on local conditions.

- US Travel KoreaOperator•Written July 2025
The Gamaksan Red Suspension Bridge and Majang Lake Suspension Bridge are quite far from the DMZ course we operate, so they are not possible to include in the tour.

Asked on June 28th, 2025Can we be transferred to Myeongdong instead of to the airport on the last day
- US Travel KoreaOperator•Written June 2025
the program you have booked is an SIC (Seat-In-Coach) tour, which does not allow individual guests to change the designated drop-off location. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer drop-off service to Myeongdong. As an alternative, we kindly recommend taking a taxi. The ride from the designated hotel (Swiss Grand Hotel) to Myeongdong takes only about 30 minutes, making it a convenient and efficient option.

Traveler•Written May 2025I think u calculated as US dollars instead of Canadian dollars. Also staff will be coming to the airport to get me n take me to hotel, then next morning, I can ride the tour bus?
- US Travel KoreaOperator•Written May 2025
When you arrive in Korea on October 31st, a driver we've arranged will pick you up and take you to your hotel. Then, on the morning of the tour, the bus will come to the hotel to pick you up along with the other tour participants

Asked on March 25th, 2025Why does the tour go to Gimhae airport? Who is departing from there? Why does the tour go to Busan Station? Can you explain what happens during this time?
- US Travel KoreaOperator•Written March 2025
Gimhae Airport is a stop for those going to Jeju, and Busan Station is a stop for passengers being picked up in Busan. However, these stops are not mandatory and will only be made if there are passengers at those locations. On the date you selected, there will be passengers going to Jeju, so we are planning to stop at Gimhae Airport.
