Customer Reviews
- Toni· August 5th, 2025great experience no tours in English, the staff in charge of entertainment, especially Thomas and Quinteria(not sure of spelling) were extremely helpful.Show more
- Terry· August 3rd, 2025This is a well organized and efficiently run cruise operated by a sincere and enthusiastic staff. From the moment we told Marta we did not speak French, and she said “That’s a problem,” the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Tour Radar is misleading by calling this an English guided tour. Make no mistake, this is a French tour run by a French company out of a French city. Almost 90% of passengers were French with a dozen Spanish speakers and two English speakers being us. Despite that, we had a great time and made friends with a wonderful Spanish couple.Show more

Asked on May 24th, 2025I want to inquire about the passengers. I'm looking for a trip for about 20 17-18 year olds and 2 adult advisors, and no extra individual or solo travelers. Can we take this trip only for our group? And are there any price discounts or deals since we are traveling as a school?
- CroisiEurope River CruisesOperator•Written May 2025
This would be a cruise, which will not be the best option for such a large group. Were you looking for a trip specifically in the South of France? May I ask what the groups per person budget would be?

Asked on August 14th, 2022Is it best to fly to Marseille, Montpelier or elsewhere nearby and which is the best way to get to Arles from any of these places?
- CroisiEurope River CruisesOperator•Written August 2022
The closest airports to Arles are Nimes (FNI) Airport and Marseille (MRS). From there you can grab the Train TGV to get to Arles which will usually take from 40 minutes to an hour.
