The itinerary was packed with unforgettable experiences, allowing us to see and do so much in a short time—many of which I wouldn’t have thought to book if I had planned the trip myself. From the bustling streets of Hanoi to the breathtaking landscapes of Ha Long Bay, a peaceful homestay in Ninh Binh, and the charming town of Hoi An, every destination was unique and truly special. One of the best parts was just being able to switch off and enjoy the adventure without having to stress about planning. Everything was seamlessly organised, and we could just go with the flow each day. That credit goes entirely to our incredible tour leader, Liam. He made the experience effortless, ensuring everyone was looked after while sharing his knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for Vietnam and travelling. There are no hidden costs. Incredible likeminded individuals will be on the trip. The amount you do in such a short space of time is unreal and I do not think you would experience half of this without being on an Intro tour. My group teader Liam Birtles (the biggest shout out) is unbelievable at what he does. You will always feel safe, have access to the best knowledge and you genuinely do not need to worry about a thing. Trip date: March 2025 - MMichelle· January 14th, 2025I highly recommend this tour. I was searching for Vietnam tours in Tourradar and saw really good reviews for Intro Travel. I chose this tour because it seemed like it would be a good mix of adventure and relexation - and I was not disappointed! Our group was fortunate to have two amazing tour leaders: Bobby and Liam. Bobby is a local so that was definitely a plus with his vast knowledge of Vietnamese history, culture and food. Both Bobby and Liam always made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we need. All acommodations and transportation were great including the Ha Long Bay overnight boat, Ninh Binh homestay and even the train ride. I enjoyed all the activities especially kayaking in Ha Long Bay and biking in Ninh Binh. The tour leaders also recommended great places to eat, visit or things to do during our free time. They had great communication to the entire group. The entire group was amazing and fun, and I'm glad to make connections and learn about each other's culture. Most of all, the tour provided me with greater appreciation of the Vietnamese culture and food! I only did the 9 day tour but really wished I was able to do the 12 days as the group seemed like they had a blast for the last 3 days. Nevertheless, the 9 day tour is still worth it.
