The tour price includes: 4 nights 4 star hotel, Return airport/railway transfers on days 1 and 5, Excursion to Santa Claus Village, 4 breakfasts, City tour of Rovaniemi, Entrance into Arktikum Science Museum in Rovaniemi.

Unfortunately, I don't believe the hotels have the option for you to rent cold-weather clothing. We do mention it in our Trip Notes that you should pack your own gloves, warm coats, and windbreakers so I don't believe there is an option to rent locally.
