Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive in Morocco and get transferred from the airport to your hotel. In the evening at 19:00, there's a welcome meeting where you'll connect with your tour leader and the other travelers on the trip.
- Day 2
Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou to Skoura
Head out to Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient kasbahs that sits along what was once the Sahara caravan route. You'll have time to walk around the fortified city, then continue on to Skoura where the evening is relaxed and informal.

- Day 3
Skoura to Dades Gorge
This morning you'll visit Kasbah Amridil. After that, move on to Gorge du Dades in the Dades valley to explore the gorges, palmeries, and kasbah ruins scattered throughout. The evening winds down with free time to relax, and later there's a Christmas dinner in the surrounding landscape.

- Day 4
Todra Gorge to Erg Chebbi
You'll cross Jebel Sarhro with a lunch break and time for a swim along the way. Then continue to Erg Chebbi sand dunes near Merzouga at the edge of the Sahara Desert. Get on a camel to trek across the dunes that reach up to 150 meters high, then settle in at a Berber camp for dinner, music, and sleeping under the stars. Jeep rides or hotel stays work as alternatives at no extra charge.

- Day 5
Erg Chebbi to Agdz to Ouarzazate
Travel through Mercissi and Nkob in the Saghro Mountain region, passing striking rock formations and old wells dug by nomads centuries ago. Continue to Agdz with its palmeries and ancient kasbahs set against views of Jebel Kissane Mountain. You'll wrap up the day in Ouarzazate, known for its film industry, and there's a group dinner this evening.

Ouarzazate to Marrakech
Check out the film studio in Ouarzazate and see the Colosseum set from Gladiator and other props from major films. Next, visit Kasbah Telouet, built in 1860 and once owned by wealthy Thami El Glaoui. After that, head down to Marrakech, the pink city, and the rest of your day is open to explore the Medina and the active Djemaa el Fna market at your own pace.

- Day 7
Marrakech
Join a guided tour of Marrakech in the morning. The afternoon is yours to wander around on your own. Check out Djemaa el Fna, the central square packed with markets, color, spicy smells, and traders selling everything. Later in the evening, come back to see the square lit up against the snowcapped Atlas Mountains, with food stalls, snake charmers, fortune tellers, musicians, and henna artists all around. You'll also see the Koutoubia Mosque, the tallest structure in the city.

Marrakech
You have two full days to explore Marrakech however you want. Think about visiting a hammam or testing your bargaining skills in the souks. On New Year's Eve, there's an optional group dinner at a local restaurant if you'd like to celebrate the coming year together with the group.
