She is what made our trip excellent. Any frustration we had regarding the large group was offset by Kassie. Her competence was impressive. Some accommodations were not excellent, but all were clean and comfortable. Some meals were typical bulk buffet and some were impressive. She made this trip exceptional as she was so professional relaxed and friendly at all times while managing 45 people on the coach. We have travelled with many tour companies over the years with good guides but Kassie was the best one we had ever had.
