TrafalgarOperator•Written January 2025Complimentary arrival transfers depart Istanbul Airport (IST) at 13:30 and 16:30 on the first day of the tour. Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) on the last day of the tour at 06:00 and 12:00 (noon). For arrival transfer, flight must arrive 2 hours prior to the shuttle time. For the departure transfer, flight must depart 3hours before the shuttle time.

You may coordinate with the Travel Director on tour if there will be free time in Cappadocia to take a balloon ride. We do have an option to join the tour late but we do not recommend it if he will only join for 2 days as we have a policy that even if you join in the tour late you will still pay the full tour value.

You may opt in using the afternoon to take the optional we offer or you can chose to do anything else on your own. So if you are looking to do a hot air balloon ride you may do so during that evening but you would have to book it on your own.
