I joined the tour group on Saturday night.Tour guide rang the airline on Sunday who said they didn’t know where my baggage was. I then decided I had to return home as my medication, teeth retainer (which has to be worn nightly) my cash and another things were in my baggage. I had already missed 2 days medication and wouldn’t get to a pharmacy until Monday night. So I was unable to continue safely. Despite notifying the tour guide and your office on Sunday, you have refused me any refund. This includes 4 unused hotel nights paying the extra single supplement (Mon-Thurs) and flight from Izmir back to Istanbul on Friday. I appreciate I can’t get a refund for the tour itself but I’m sure you could have cancelled the hotels and flight and refunded me. This is most disappointing and upsetting, as if I wasn’t already stressed enough.
