Itinerary
- Day 1
Bangkok
Start your Bangkok adventure with a guided bike tour through the city's bustling neighborhoods. You'll begin at the meeting point, get fitted with gear, then cycle through local streets and wooden bridges to see how residents go about their daily routines. After your first cold drink break, you'll load your bike onto a longtail boat and cross the Chao Praya River, then continue pedaling through green natural areas on elevated pathways. There's another refreshing stop with snacks before you head back by boat, taking in skyline views along the way. The full ride covers about 13 to 16 kilometres total.

Bangkok to Koh Tao
Head to Bangkok's bus station to catch the evening transfer to Koh Tao. You'll handle your own transport to the station for this overnight journey, which combines bus and boat travel. The trip takes roughly 12 hours total, so settle in for an early morning arrival on the island.
- Day 3
Koh Tao
You have the full day to explore Koh Tao however you like. Whether you want to relax on beaches, wander through the small island communities, grab food at local spots, or just take it easy after your overnight journey, the schedule is yours to shape.
- Day 4
Koh Tao
After hotel pickup, you'll head to Mae Haad Pier and board a fishing cutter for a full day of island snorkeling. Start at Koh Nangyuan where you can stroll across the iconic sandbar, hike up to a viewpoint, or snorkel the Japanese Garden underwater area. Thai-style lunch happens onboard before you move to Mango Bay with its turquoise waters and plenty of sea life. Next stop is Hin Wong Bay where you'll find underwater pinnacles and coral formations, then you'll visit Aow Luek's white sandy beach. End the day at Shark Bay for a chance to swim with blacktip reef sharks and sea turtles before heading back to the pier.

Koh Tao to Koh Phangan
Make your way to the ferry terminal in Koh Tao to catch your transfer to Koh Phangan. Multiple departure times run throughout the day, so you have flexibility with timing. The crossing takes about 1 hour of overwater travel.

Koh Phangan
Spend the day exploring Koh Phangan on your own terms. The island has beaches, night markets, local restaurants, and quieter spots depending on what appeals to you. You can plan activities or simply take the day to settle in.
- Day 7
Koh Phangan to Phuket
Get yourself to the bus station for your transfer to Phuket. You'll need to arrange your own transport to the station to catch the combined bus and boat journey. Expect about 6.5 hours of total travel time to reach Phuket.
- Day 8
Phuket
You've got the full day free in Phuket. Check out Patong Beach if you want crowds and nightlife, head to quieter beaches like Karon or Kata, explore the Old Town's temples and colonial architecture, or spend time at local markets and restaurants. The choice is completely yours.
- Day 9
Phuket to Koh Phi Phi
Head to the ferry terminal in Phuket to catch your boat to Koh Phi Phi. Several departure times are available throughout the day, giving you flexibility. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour.
- Day 10
Koh Phi Phi
After checking in at Koh Phi Phi pier, you'll join a guided beach hopping tour visiting pristine bays around the island. Start at Pileh Bay and explore the Viking Cave where local fishermen still work inside the rock formations. You'll see Maya Bay, the famous setting from 'The Beach' film, though viewing is from the boat only due to current government closure. Multiple snorkeling stops happen throughout your day at different locations. The tour wraps up back at Koh Phi Phi pier with great views.

Krabi
After hotel pickup, you'll head to Ao Nang beach about 20 minutes away to board a longtail boat for the 4 Islands Adventure. First stop is Chicken Island for snorkeling with marine life, then Tup Island where you can watch two islands connect via white sand as tide goes out. Thai lunch gets served onboard. Later you'll reach Poda Island for white sandy beaches ideal for swimming and snorkeling around coral, then visit Phra Nang Cave with its well-known fertility symbols. Expect to return to your accommodation around 16:00.

Penang
Pedal through the Penang countryside on a guided cycling tour in Balik Pulau, away from town bustle. You'll follow minor roads, pathways, and alleys through fruit orchards, plantations, mangrove areas, and traditional fishing villages. Along the way, you'll pass through dozens of Kampung settlements to see authentic rural Malaysian life. Since cyclists are treated as pedestrians, you can move at your own pace and really take in the charm of the landscape.

Penang to Cameron Highlands
Make your way to the Penang bus station to catch your afternoon bus to Cameron Highlands. You'll handle your own transport to the station, and the journey takes about 4.5 hours via public bus.
- Day 16
Cameron Highlands
Join a full-day rainforest expedition exploring Cameron Highlands. You'll drive to the highest peak for great views when weather cooperates, then do a 30 to 40 minute wooden platform walk through Mossy Forest, one of the world's oldest forests, to see the ecosystem and local flora and fauna. Next you'll visit tea plantations with photo stops, tour the tea factory, and enjoy a cup of local tea at the café. Additional stops include Butterfly and Insect Farm, Strawberry Farm where you can taste local fruit and drinks, a local market, and a Buddhist temple. There's also a museum covering the area's history before finishing at the fourth-largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia.
