Tour guide Gustavo absolutely amazing best guide ever, Alex the driver and D who also was a tour guide excellent staff. If you don't do any of the optionals, you'll have a lot of free time to do things on your own. Some of the optional guided tours were quite boring and you're better off going on your own. Richard was an awesome guide - very helpful and knowledgeable. Our driver, Barry, was also a pleasure to have on the tour. I loved all the people I met on the tour. I am 73 and sometimes carting my luggage was a pain but Richard always made sure I had help when I needed it. It was a whirlwind tour but enough of a sampling that I could decide which countries I would like to revisit at a more leisure pace. Richard is a good tour director. It is a requirement of the embassies that tours are paid for in full before visa support documentation is requested and applications are made.
