Our CEO Beatriz Oubel went above and beyond to help every person on the tour. She was knowledgeable, helpful and never showed any signs of stress for the entire 21 days. The number of historical places we visited was amazing and the cities themselves absolutely delightful. We left Portugal and Spain with much more knowledge of their history, culture and food. We loved every minute of the experience - even dragging our suitcases around and travelling by taxi, bus and train enabled us to experience the countries and their people from all angles. All transport between destinations and to/from included activities is included in the price. We use public transport on this trip, which means you will need to carry your luggage from platform to platform, in and out of trains and buses, etc., and also possibly up several flights of stairs. You will also need to be able to stow your luggage safely on trains and buses. It is therefore essential that you pack light and bring luggage that is compact and lightweight, and which you can easily transport. The carrying of your luggage remains your responsibility at all times.
