- Day 1
Tallinn
You'll arrive in Tallinn and get settled at your hotel. If time allows before check-in, take a walk through the Old Town toward Raekoja Plats where you can grab a coffee surrounded by historic merchant houses from centuries past.

Tallinn to Lahemaa National Park
This morning you have free time to walk around Tallinn (your guide will confirm exact timing). In the afternoon, you'll drive about an hour to Lahemaa National Park for your first cycling ride. Pedal through thick woods, past marshes and lakes, and look for moose, wild boar, and the area's over 220 bird species.

Lahemaa National Park
A full day cycling through Estonia's largest national park. You'll take a bus to Vihula manor, then ride through the 400-year-old fishing village of Altja, the seaside resort of Vosu, and Kasmu village with its fisherman's museum. The route finishes at Sagadi before heading back by bus.

Lahemaa to Tartu
After a 90-minute bus ride to Peipsi Lake, you'll start cycling from the 17th-century fishing village of Mustvee. You'll pass through ancient towns and churches, following villages built along one street (a Russian influence that shaped the region). Cycling continues to Varnja, then it's a 30-minute transfer to Tartu.

Tartu to Riga
After breakfast, you'll transfer 25 miles to Otepaa in the Estonian Switzerland, known for pine forests and rolling terrain. Your cycling takes you through hills with gradients around 7%, then through forest and meadows past Lake Puhajarve to Sangaste. From Valga, a 2.5-hour bus ride brings you to Riga for the next two nights.

Riga to Jurmala
Start in Riga's old town with medieval wooden buildings and art nouveau architecture. You'll cycle on marked paths to Jurmala, a coastal town with wooden buildings and 19th-century Russian villas. The white sandy beach stretches for 21 miles, giving you time to swim before transferring back for the night.

Riga to Klaipeda
After breakfast, you'll transfer from Latvia into Lithuania (about 4 hours). Your cycle route starts in Sventoji and follows the Baltic Coast to Klaipeda. You'll pass through Palanga, a traditional seaside town with sandy beaches and cafes. Stop for lunch in Palanga, then continue to Klaipeda for two nights.

Klaipeda to Curonian Spit
A 90-minute transfer including a ferry ride takes you to Nida, an artists' hub on the Curonian Spit. The spit stretches 61 miles with dunes reaching 197 feet high, nicknamed the Lithuanian Sahara. You'll stop at Juodkrante to see Witch Hill's 70+ wooden folklore carvings, then cycle with the Baltic Sea beside you before ferrying back to Klaipeda.

Klaipeda to Vilnius
A 2.5-hour bus transfer brings you to Zapyskis, a centuries-old town in the Kaunas district. You'll cycle past old villages, beaches, and along the Nemunas river. Halfway through, explore Kaunas, Europe's Capital of Culture in 2022. Your ride ends at Pazaislis Monastery with its 17th-century baroque church, then a 1.5-hour bus ride to Vilnius.

Vilnius to Trakai

After exploring the castle, you'll continue cycling to Uzutrakis Manor Park, then transfer back to Vilnius.
