- AMankee Mah· October 6th, 2022Most of this hike follows the footpaths that locals use between villages. While the trail is challenging both in climate and terrain, you get to appreciate the day-to-day life of the local villagers without motor transport or horses. This was a mother-daughter trip with limited flexibility on travel dates. Even though our hike was at the end of the monsoon and we had light rain most days, we still had wonderful memories to take home. Our travel group was mostly young in their 20s and 30s. I was the tortoise in the group but my daughter stayed back with me. Our CEO was at the back of the group.
