Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive in Japan and head to the welcome meeting at 6:00 pm where you'll meet your group and CEO. Come prepared with your passport since your CEO needs to collect information for your train tickets. No other activities are scheduled before this evening gathering, so you'll have time to settle in after your flight.

- Day 2
Mt Koya
The journey to Mt Koya starts with a 3-hour train ride up the mountain, and then you'll switch to a funicular for the steep section before boarding a bus to reach the monastery. You'll sleep in a temple on the 800-meter mountain and have a traditional shojin ryori dinner of Buddhist vegetarian cuisine. Changing into a yukata or kimono helps you settle into the peaceful atmosphere for the evening.

- Day 3
Mt Koya to Hiroshima
Start the morning watching monks pray, followed by a traditional vegetarian breakfast. You'll have some time to walk around Koyasan before heading back down via bus, funicular, and train. Later in the day, board a 5-hour bullet train to Hiroshima, a city with significant historical importance from 1945.

- Day 4
Hiroshima and Miyajima
This morning, spend time at the Peace Park and Memorial Museum to learn about the historical events of 1945. In the afternoon, take a ferry out to the sacred island of Miyajima to see the well-known floating Torii Gate. If you're interested, there's an option to hike around Mt Misen for views across the area.

Hiroshima to Kyoto
Travel to Kyoto by taking a 1.5-hour bullet train followed by a 1-hour local train. Once there, check out the impressive Nijo Castle and its gardens, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. As evening comes, your CEO will lead a walking tour through Gion, Kyoto's geisha district, where you can see traditional architecture and the area's historic character.

- Day 6
Kyoto
Head to Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine and walk through the striking corridors of bright torii gates. After that, you'll have free time to do what interests you most whether that's shopping, taking a stroll along the riverbank, or checking out one of Kyoto's many other temples.

Kyoto to Hakone
Take a 3-hour bullet train and then a 30-minute local bus to Hakone, a hillside town known for its natural hot springs. You'll board a boat on Lake Ashino-ko where, if you're lucky, you might see Mt Fuji in the distance. Later, have a traditional kaiseki dinner and finish the evening with a soak in the onsen.

Hakone to Tokyo
You'll arrive in Tokyo before noon, giving you the afternoon and evening to explore. The city offers plenty of options like Ueno Park with its museums, Akihabara for electronics, Harajuku for contemporary fashion, Ginza for upscale shopping, the Imperial Palace East Garden to walk around, or wandering the streets to find traditional elements mixed in with the modern cityscape.
