The farewell dinner at the maple leaf restaurant in Banff was very disappointing - the sirloin steak was very fatty and the tables were not set up to make it easy to converse with other travellers on the tour. The hotel room in Sun Peaks was most unsatisfactory - toenail clippings on the floor and the room number itself printed was unreadable - we had to walk a very long way in two different directions and ended up going to the reception to be told a completely different number. Also, hotel accommodations for each night come with the trip, a couple days list the specific hotel and then others don't. Do you recommend one airline over another if we're flying out of the US?
