Arusha
A Nyange Adventure staff member picks you up at the airport and drives you to your Arusha lodging. Depending on when you arrive, you'll have time to settle in and rest before your safari starts.

- Day 2
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your guide collects you and heads toward Tarangire National Park, which takes about two and a half hours on good asphalt roads. You'll do a wildlife game drive and might see elephant families, giraffes, lions, and leopards. The park serves a picnic lunch, and afterward you drive on to your Karatu lodging.

- Day 3
Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park
Following breakfast, you travel into the cooler elevation of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a viewpoint stop at Ngorongoro Crater. From there you continue through the conservation area and enter the Serengeti, known for its grasslands and wildlife including the seasonal migration of wildebeest, zebras, and antelope. You'll have a picnic lunch in the park and stay at a tented camp in Central Serengeti.

Serengeti National Park
The whole day focuses on Serengeti game drives. You can do early morning and late afternoon drives with lunch back at camp, or choose a full day game drive with a picnic lunch in the park. The Serengeti has hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, impala, lions, cheetahs, and leopards spread across its landscape.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu
After breakfast, you wind toward Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying views along the way. Spend your afternoon on the crater floor exploring savannahs, acacia woodland, lakes, and wetlands. The area has over 500 bird species, wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and black rhinos. Later you drive to your Karatu lodging.

Landmarks Ngorongoro Crater - Day 6
Lake Manyara National Park
Your final stop is Lake Manyara National Park, located 120 kilometers west of Arusha. This compact park sits dramatic against the Great Rift Escarpment towering on the western side. You'll see thousands of wading birds like flamingos, over 500 other bird species, plus elephants, baboons, and tree-climbing lions in the dense evergreen forest. A picnic lunch is served in the park. After your game drive, you get dropped at your choice of location: Arusha, Kilimanjaro International Airport, or Arusha Airport.
