Opatija to Central Istria
Once you leave the ship in Opatija, it's about an hour's drive inland to central Istria. You'll head to one of the hilltop towns, either Motovun or Buzet, both known for their character and truffle production. Along the way there'll be time to taste some local truffle dishes before you settle in for the evening.

- Day 2
Central Istria
After breakfast, the day focuses on the Istrian Peninsula starting with Pula's Colosseum, one of Europe's best-preserved Roman amphitheaters. From there you'll drive to Rovinj, a coastal town with Venetian architecture and narrow streets winding through the old quarter. A walking tour helps you navigate the town's layout, and then you'll head back to your hotel for another night.

Central Istria to Venice
After breakfast, you transfer toward Venice, about 3 hours by road, where the tour ends. Drop-off happens at either Tronchetto or Marco Polo Airport, though other locations can be arranged for an additional fee.
