Itinerary
- Day 1
Uluru
You'll land at Ayers Rock Airport and get transferred to your hotel. Later in the afternoon, head out to the Uluru Sunset Viewing Area where you can watch the sun drop behind the iconic red rock. There's sparkling wine included, so you'll have time to take in the desert while you're there. After that, it's back to the resort.

- Day 2
Uluru
Start early for a guided sunrise walk around the base of Uluru beginning at Kuniya Piti, which is a sacred site. Your guide walks you through Tjukurpa stories covering the Mala Men, the Blue Tongue Lizard, and what various sites like Mala Walk and Mutitjulu Waterhole mean culturally. After a light breakfast, you'll check out the landscape and rock paintings before heading back to the resort by mid-morning.

Uluru to Kings Canyon
You'll travel from Ayers Rock Resort to Kings Canyon with breakfast included along the way. Once there, you can make the rocky climb up to the canyon rim for views across Watarrka National Park. There are several lookout points to walk through, and if you're interested, you can descend into the Garden of Eden for about a 3-hour circuit. If that sounds like too much, there's a shorter, easier walk along the canyon floor instead. Lunch is on your own, and then you'll return to the resort.

- Day 4
Uluru to Kata Tjuta
Rise early to catch the sunrise from Talinguru Nyakunytjaku with warming tea or coffee. From there, you'll head to Kata Tjuta, which has 36 distinctive domes. You'll stop at a dune viewing platform for views across Kata Tjuta's southern side, then walk the 1.3km trail through Walpa Gorge. The rock formations there are unusual conglomerate, so it's worth taking time to walk through.
