Beirut
You'll land at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport and head to your hotel in central Beirut. Once you're settled, take an orientation drive through the reconstructed downtown area, stopping at Martyrs' Square and the Corniche to catch views of Pigeon Rocks. Wrap up the day with Lebanese dinner in Gemmayzeh or Mar Mikhael.

Baalbek

The rest of the day back in Beirut is yours to do as you like.

Beirut to Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Check out after breakfast and head to Beirut Airport for your flight to Tel Aviv. Your driver meets you at Ben Gurion Airport, then drives you about an hour to an hour and a half to Jerusalem. Check into your hotel near the Old City or downtown, then take an easy walk through Mamilla pedestrian area and see the Old City walls from Jaffa Gate before dinner.

Jerusalem
Spend the full day with a local guide exploring Jerusalem's Old City. You'll start in the Jewish Quarter, head down to the Western Wall for some quiet time, then walk through the Christian Quarter along the Via Dolorosa to reach the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. After checking out the busy market streets, climb Mount of Olives for views across the Old City. Spend your afternoon at either Yad Vashem or the Israel Museum, leaving your evening free to grab dinner and wander the Old City after dark.

Jerusalem to Tel Aviv to Cairo
Check out after breakfast and drive back to Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport for your Cairo flight. Once you land in Cairo, meet your representative, handle arrival paperwork, and transfer to your Giza or central Cairo hotel near the Nile. Take time to rest and get settled, with the option of an early-evening felucca sail on the Nile if you're not too tired.

- Day 6
Giza and Cairo
After breakfast, head to Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, and a viewpoint for photos of all three together. Walk or drive to the Sphinx and Valley Temple to learn the history and meaning behind these structures. Back in central Cairo by afternoon, you'll visit either the Grand Egyptian Museum or the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir, where your guide points out key pieces like Tutankhamun's treasures. An optional Sound and Light Show at the pyramids and dinner round out the evening.

Cairo to Luxor
Transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. When you arrive, meet your representative and go straight to your Nile cruise boat to check in. You'll have lunch on board, then cross to the East Bank to explore Karnak Temple with its massive hypostyle hall, obelisks, and sacred lake. Later in the afternoon when the light changes nicely, visit Luxor Temple before heading back to the boat for dinner and your first night cruising.

Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and stop for photos at the Colossi of Memnon. Back at the ship by midday for lunch, you'll relax on deck watching river life while sailing toward Edfu, then enjoy dinner and overnight on board.

Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan
Arrive at Edfu after breakfast and take a horse-drawn carriage or vehicle to the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples. Your guide shows you around, then you return to the ship and continue south. Stop at Kom Ombo to explore its unusual double temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus the falcon, checking out the small crocodile museum if there's time. The ship sails into Aswan by evening for dinner on board and a quiet night.

Head to the airport for your flight back to Cairo, then transfer to your Cairo hotel. The rest of your day is open to rest, shop, or take a final evening walk along the Nile.

Cairo to Siwa Oasis
Start early with breakfast before a long drive across the Western Desert to Siwa Oasis. You'll leave Cairo with your private driver and guide in a comfortable vehicle, heading northwest on the highway. The landscape gradually shifts from city edges to open desert as you stop to rest along the way. By late afternoon or early evening, you'll reach Siwa's lush oasis surrounded by palms. Check into your eco-lodge or local hotel, take a short walk to get a feel for the place, then have simple home-style dinner and sleep under the desert sky.

Siwa Oasis
Today focuses on Siwa's unique culture and surroundings. After breakfast, visit the Shali Fortress ruins, the old mud-brick citadel that stands above town, then head to the Temple of the Oracle of Amun linked to Alexander the Great. Stop at Cleopatra's Spring for a swim or photos, and explore the local lanes and gardens. In the afternoon, take a 4x4 into the surrounding desert and Great Sand Sea to try sandboarding on the dunes and watch the sunset over golden sands. Return to your lodge for dinner and your final night at the oasis.
