Beirut
You'll arrive at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and go through customs and immigration. Meet your English-speaking driver in the Baggage Claim Hall, then take a private transfer to your hotel, about 15 minutes from the airport.

Beirut
After breakfast, your guide and driver pick you up to explore downtown Beirut. You'll see the National Museum, Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque, Saint Georges Maronite Cathedral, Beirut Souks, and Clock Tower, plus the American University of Lebanon. Walk through the historic Beirut Green Line from the Civil War, then head to the Corniche at sunset to see Pigeon Rocks and take in the seaside views.

Jeita Grotto - Harissa - Byblos
Start at Jeita Grotto, a two-level karst cave where you'll walk through the upper section then boat through the lower cave. Next, visit Our Lady of Lebanon shrine in Harissa. After lunch at a local restaurant, drive about 20 minutes to Byblos, a UNESCO World Heritage site over 7,000 years old. You'll explore Saint John Church, Roman Amphitheatre, Byblos Citadel, and Old Souks before heading back to Beirut.

Batroun - Colonel Brewery And Distillery
Drive about an hour north to seaside Batroun and join a 2-hour walking tour visiting traditional Ottoman houses, the ancient Phoenician Wall, Old Souk, Church of Our Lady of the Sea, and the fisherman port. You'll taste authentic Batroun-style fresh lemonade along the way. After lunch at a local seafood restaurant, visit Colonel Brewery And Distillery to learn about local brewing and taste different beers before returning to Beirut in the evening.

Becharre - Forest of Cedars of God - Kahlil Gibran Museum - St. Anthony Qozhaya Monastery
Drive 2 hours to Becharre in the eastern mountains. Walk through the ancient Forest of Cedars of God where trees are at least 1,000 years old, then visit the Kahlil Gibran Museum, once an ancient cave monastery. Later, explore St. Anthony Qozhaya Monastery dating back to the 12th century, still home to hermits and pilgrims. You'll stay overnight at the monastery's guesthouse.

Kadisha Valley Hike - Hawqa Village
Start early joining monks' morning prayer with the monastery bell. After breakfast, drive about 10 minutes to Hawqa Village where your guided hike begins down rocky paths to visit Monastery Saydet Hawqa, Chapel of Mar Marina, and Dier Qannoubine Monastery, taking about 2 hours. Enjoy a special Lebanese lunch with mezze, mixed grill, arak, and soft drinks at a local restaurant, then continue hiking for one hour along the LMT trail to Fraidis village before returning to Beirut.

After breakfast, drive about an hour and a half north to Tripoli, Lebanon's second largest city. Join your guide for a walking tour of the old town visiting the souks, Hammam Al Abed, Tripoli Citadel, Al Mansouri Mosque, and Khan Al Saboun, a famous hand-made soap store. You'll experience authentic street food around the city.

Next, visit Chateau Ksara, one of Lebanon's main and oldest wineries, where you'll explore old wine caves and taste Lebanese wines. After lunch, drive one hour to Anjar to explore the 1,200-year-old Umayyad City Ruins with its wide streets and 7-meter high stone walls before returning to Beirut.

Taste Senioura, a locally made cookie, then return to Beirut.

Visit Beiteddine Palace, built in the 18th century blending Italian Baroque with traditional Arab styles. Finally, visit Deir Al-Qamar, once Lebanon's 17th century capital, now a quiet town with many historic sites, then return to Beirut for the night.

The morning activity lasts about 4-5 hours and ends with a homemade lunch you've prepared together. The afternoon is yours to explore Beirut Souks and enjoy dinner at Zaitunay Bay.
