Paris

- Day 2
Paris
Head to the Palace of Versailles and walk through the gardens, then move on to Montmartre where you can see the bohemian artist neighborhoods and cabarets. A local guide takes you on a panoramic tour of Paris's main avenues and famous landmarks. There's an optional variety show available in the evening if you're interested.

- Day 3
Paris
Start at the Eiffel Tower with second floor access included. Later you'll take a relaxing boat cruise on the Seine for about one hour and fifteen minutes. The afternoon is yours to explore Paris on your own. Note that if the Eiffel Tower has long waits, the visit might shift to a different time or happen on Sunday instead.

- Day 4
Paris - Bourgogne - Lyon
Travel through Bourgogne's vineyard regions and stop in Beaune to see the flower-lined streets, the hospice, and wine museum. Then head to Lyon on the Rhône River where you'll ride a cable car up to Notre-Dame de Fourvirère for city views. Some groups stay in nearby Chambéry with a morning visit to this medieval-style city instead.

- Day 5
Lyon - Switzerland - Zurich
Cross into Switzerland and explore Geneva, visiting the Palace of Nations and the English Garden with its flower clock and Jet d'Eau fountain. From there you'll pass through the scenic Three Lakes region with vineyard and mountain views. Stop in Neuchâtel for a lakeside walk or a visit to the 10th-century castle, then arrive in Zurich by late afternoon. Depending on group size, this might be done by train without a Neuchâtel stop.

- Day 6
Zurich
Your guide shows you around Zurich, Switzerland's largest city and financial center. Then you'll take a nearly two-hour cruise on Lake Zurich with brief stops at small villages along the way. After disembarking in Rapperswil to see the medieval castle, you'll take the train back to Zurich to experience how well the Swiss rail system works.

- Day 7
Zurich - Interlaken - Lucerne - Zurich
The day focuses on Alpine scenery with mountains and lakes. You'll stop in Grindelwald for coffee, then take a cable car up the mountain and walk along a winding path to a suspended bridge with glacier views. Lunch is included on the mountain before you head back down. Next you visit Lucerne to explore the city, then return to Zurich. An optional full-day excursion is available featuring the Mount Titlis rotating cable car reaching 3,000 plus meters with Alpine views.

- Day 8
Zurich - Bellinzona - Como - Milan
Leaving Zurich early, you'll cross the Alps into Italian-speaking Switzerland. Bellinzona is your first stop, where three UNESCO medieval castles sit on hills above the city, marking an important historical alpine stronghold. After wandering through the streets, head to Como for lunch, a beautiful Lombardy town known for its lakeside gardens and impressive cathedral. The day ends in Milan where your guide points out the Piazza del Duomo before heading to your hotel.

- Day 9
Milan - Pisa - Rome
You'll travel to Pisa by small tourist train to reach Piazza dei Miracoli, the famous Square of Miracles. There you can see one of Italy's most important art complexes, including the well-known Leaning Tower of Pisa. After that, head toward Rome, arriving later in the day.

- Day 10
Rome
Start with a three-hour guided experience combining a walking tour through Imperial Rome and a panoramic bus ride through one of the oldest Western cities. You'll see the Arch of Constantine, Colosseum exterior, Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla, Basilica of Saint Mary Major, Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant'Angelo. By around 11:00 a.m. you reach Vatican City where a Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel visit is optional. Later that evening you'll transfer to Trastevere, the trendy neighborhood with cozy restaurants and lively energy, returning to your hotel around 8:30 p.m.
