- Day 1
Casablanca
You'll land at Mohammed V Airport and get settled in Casablanca. Start with traditional Moroccan-Jewish cuisine at a local kosher restaurant, then head to Temple Beth-El to see the stained glass windows and artistic details. If time allows, you can also check out Temple Em Hanim and Neve Chalom, both significant synagogues in the city.

Casablanca to Rabat
Begin at the Museum of Moroccan Judaism, the first Jewish museum in the Arab world, where you'll see religious, ethnographic, and artistic objects. Walk through Casablanca's Jewish Cemetery in the Mellah with its white stone markers, then visit Temple Beth-El and the historic Ettedgui Synagogue in the medina. After that, tour Hassan II Mosque for views overlooking the city, explore the French-designed New Town, and head toward Rabat.

Rabat - Meknes - Volubilis - Fes
In Rabat, you'll see the domes, minarets, and wide avenues, plus the Royal Palace and Hassan Tower overlooking Wadi Bou Regreg with its unfinished minaret. Tour the Mausoleum of Mohammed V with stained glass and white marble, walk through the Jewish Mellah, and check out the Necropolis at Chellah and Kasbah Oudaya. From there, continue to Meknes to explore Jewish heritage sites including synagogues and the cemetery, then see Roman Volubilis and its ruins before reaching Fes (about 75°F/24°C depending on season).

Fes
Spend the day in Fes on a guided UNESCO tour exploring Muslim and Jewish heritage together. You'll visit the Ibn Danan Synagogue, the 650-year-old Jewish Mellah quarter, and the vast Jewish cemetery. Also see medieval universities, mosques, the Centre Communautaire Maimonide, University of Al-Karaouine, and the Dar Batha museum. Watch artisans working in weaving, embroidery, and pottery cooperatives throughout Fes El Bali.

Fes - Seffrou
Leave Fes and head through rolling hills with olive groves and cherry orchards. Visit the ancient Jewish cemetery in Bhalil village, then explore Seffrou, once called Little Jerusalem and a major Jewish center. Walk the white-washed medina with wooden balconies and Jewish architectural features. You can optionally pick cherries at a local orchard or sample cherry products. By afternoon, return to Fes to see Jnane Sbil Gardens, Batha Museum, Andalusian Garden, and Bou Inania Medersa.

Travel scenic routes toward Marrakech, stopping at Ifrane University for views of Morocco's 'Little Switzerland' with its Alpine look and European-inspired buildings. Grab coffee, tea, and pastries at an open-air café, visit Zaouia Cheikh to see a major dam project, then break for lunch at Hotel Paris in Beni Mellal before continuing to Marrakech.
