  First Hotel location (NOVATEL BAGNOLOET) was terrible. The neighborhood was not safe, it was very far from the city, and the hotel itself was in poor repair. The first room we had did not have Air Condition working, and the second room door did not lock, so anyone could just walk in The second hotel (Rouen) was good, ecept the Air conditioning was completely broken,, and the hotel refused to provide a new room. We did not sleep the entire night. The Tour Guide was good, but communication could have been better to indicate where we meet and when we are leaving. I suggest you create a group chat on whatsapp to communicate information.

  We all felt rush. 1st night in Paris, our tour guide Veronica, left 12 passengers because she claimed we were not waiting for her in the appropriate area. When everyone was there waiting for. We had to paid for our own transportation to a different meeting point that she assigned to us. Not enough time to actually do site seeing and explore the cities. It was impossible to see what the tour guides were pointing out from the bus The hotels were too far from the downtown areas. So when we had free time it a big hike to get to the city/downtown. It was unnecessary to spend 11 hours on the bus from Amsterdam to Germany. Which resulted as entire day on the bus and less time in Amsterdam. Tourradar can charge a little be more and fly the passengers from Amsterdam to Germany, like that the passengers can have more time in either city (either in Amsterdam or Germany) we got to Amsterdam in the afternoon did city tour and 3 hours to explore the city which it’s not enough time. Got to Berlin after 7 pm (after been in the bus from 8 am) it’s totally not necessary. and only had 1 day to explore the city (Berlin) Which it’s not enough time because the was Berlin marathon was happening and a lot of monuments were closed. Tourradar planners, they need to be more informed about what’s going on in the cities. In Paris that Sunday everything was closed. We had to access to a lot of the monuments and shops. So no shopping for us. Berlin there was the Berlin marathon happening there was a lot of things that were also closed as well. So another day that was waisted and no shopping. I hope this helps for future trip for other passengers. Tatiana
