Barcelona to Girona

Provence to Chambery
Travel through Provence into France, starting in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Arles where you'll see the Roman theater and Romanesque churches, plus have time to walk around and grab lunch. After that, head to Carrières des Lumières, an underground art space in an ancient quarry with impressive light displays. Finish the day in Chambery, a medieval city with a historic center and a large castle waiting to explore.

Geneva to Leysin
Cross into Switzerland to Geneva and visit the Palais des Nations (Europe's UN headquarters), the English Garden with its flower clock, and the Jet d'Eau fountain. From there, go to Gruyères, a walled village known for cheese, and stop by the Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory for a tasting. Then see Chillon Castle sitting on Lake Geneva's shores before arriving in Leysin, a holiday village with views out over the Rhône Valley and Mont Blanc.
