Madrid

Girona - Arles - Chambery
You'll head into France through Provence, stopping in Arles, a UNESCO site known for its Van Gogh connections. Your guide takes you on a three-hour mix of walking and panoramic bus tour through Imperial Rome, passing the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum exterior, Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla, and other sites, ending at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m. An optional Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel visit is available. By evening you'll transfer to Trastevere for dinner before returning to the hotel around 8:30 p.m.
