Itinerary
- Day 1
Samos
When you land at Samos Airport or arrive at the port, someone will pick you up and take you to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to settle in and relax however you'd like. If you're interested, there's an optional wine tasting that evening at a local winery where you can learn about the island's winemaking and try some of the famous Muscat wine.

- Day 2
Samos
Today you can either take it easy or go on an optional full-day guided tour around Samos. The tour visits the Temple of Hera, a monastery, and a traditional pottery workshop, plus you'll have lunch in Potami village and get tastings of local wine and olive oil. Hotel transfers are included if you decide to go.

- Day 3
Samos to Kusadasi to Samos
Head to the port early for a ferry over to Kusadasi in Turkey. Once there, you'll explore Ephesus, which has some of the best-preserved ancient ruins in the eastern Mediterranean, including the Library of Celsus, the Great Theatre, and the Temple of Artemis. After exploring, you'll have free time in Kusadasi before catching the ferry back to Samos in the afternoon.

- Day 4
Samos to Patmos to Samos
Transfer to the port where you'll board a Dodekanisos Lines ferry at 08:00 for a scenic 2.5-hour cruise to Patmos. You'll visit the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian and the Cave of the Apocalypse, both UNESCO World Heritage sites, spending about 75 minutes touring the monastery's halls, museum, and library. From there, head into the charming harbor town of Skala for lunch or just to walk around. You'll return by ferry to Samos, getting back by 18:00.
