Athens
You'll arrive in Athens and head straight to a local tavern for your welcome dinner. Your Trip Leader introduces you to the neighbourhood, shares local stories and customs, and welcomes you with classic Greek dishes full of flavour.

- Day 2
Athens to Rhodes
After breakfast, join your Trip Leader for a two-hour guided walk through Athens, visiting the Panathenaic Stadium, Syntagma Square and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. You'll explore Anafiotika's whitewashed houses at your own pace. Later, board a ferry to Rhodes with included dinner and overnight sailing.

Your Trip Leader takes you on a walking tour through Rhodes Town's cobbled streets, showing you medieval walls, towering gates and the Palace of the Grand Master. The rest of the day is yours to wander alleys, visit cafés, discover the Jewish Quarter, or climb the city walls for rooftop-to-sea views.

Rhodes to Fethiye
Ferry from Rhodes to Turkey, watching for dolphins and islands along the way. In Fethiye, you'll drop your bags and join your Trip Leader for a walking tour through spice-scented bazaars, colourful textiles and quirky shops. You'll visit the Lycian rock tombs and find a local spot for traditional Turkish dinner.

Landmarks Lycian rock tombs - Day 6
Fethiye
Start your morning heading out on a boat from Fethiye along the Turquoise Coast. You'll drift past Oludeniz and Butterfly Valley, stopping at a few spots to snorkel in the clear bays and check out hidden coves that aren't easy to reach any other way. Around midday, the crew prepares lunch right on deck, so you can eat while taking in the water and coastline. After lunch, there's more time to relax on deck or jump back in for another swim before heading back to Fethiye by early evening. St. Nicholas Island is also on the route, giving you plenty to see throughout the day.

Fethiye to Kusadasi
You'll travel to Pamukkale to see the Cotton Castle with its terraced thermal pools and sparkling slopes. After visiting Hierapolis to explore crumbling theatres, colonnaded streets and sacred pools, you'll continue to Kusadasi for your first night on the Aegean coast, with colourful bazaars, lively cafés and sunset-lit promenade.

Kusadasi
You have a free day in Kusadasi. Lounge by the beach or pool, or optionally visit the ancient city of Ephesus with its marble streets, Library of Celsus, Great Theatre and Temple of Hadrian. Later, you'll wander the waterfront promenade as the sun sets, hunt down a seaside bar or try local specialities like fresh seafood, pide or gözleme.

You'll travel north from Kusadasi to Pergamon and visit the ancient Acropolis, Trajan Temple and the world's steepest theatre. You'll see the Altar of Zeus and explore Troy ruins. After lunch at a local spot, you'll continue along the scenic Aegean coast to Canakkale for the evening.

Canakkale to Istanbul
You'll cross the Dardanelles Strait to the Gallipoli Peninsula for a full-day tour of ANZAC battlefields. You'll walk through ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine Cemetery and Chunuk Bair, hearing stories of those who fought here and pausing at monuments overlooking the Aegean. After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll continue to Istanbul for your first night.

Optionally visit the Basilica Cistern underground with its ancient columns rising from shimmering waters.

Meteora to Athens
You'll travel onwards to Delphi and wander ancient ruins including the Temple of Apollo and sacred theatre, imagining consultations with the famous oracle. You'll continue to Itea for a taste of local honey, then enjoy scenic coastal views as you head back to Athens for your final keepsakes and complete your Aegean odyssey.
