You'll arrive in Amsterdam and head to your luxury hotel to get settled at whatever pace works for you. The historic city is there whenever you're ready to explore, with its narrow streets, canals lined with 17th-century buildings, and local cafés scattered throughout.

Amsterdam
This morning you'll take a guided walking tour through Amsterdam's UNESCO World Heritage center, wandering through the maze of canals and bridges while learning about Dutch history and culture. You'll try local snacks like cheese and poffertjes (mini pancakes) during the walk. After that, the afternoon is yours to check out one of the city's many museums or galleries at your own pace.

Amsterdam
Early on you'll cruise along Amsterdam's historic canals for about an hour, seeing Golden Age mansions, grand warehouses and narrow bridges from the water. After the cruise you'll have some free time to yourself, then in the afternoon you'll transfer to your ship, which will be your floating home for the next week.

Dordrecht
You'll dock in Dordrecht, one of Holland's oldest cities with over 1,000 historic monuments dating back to the 11th century. Many of these old buildings are now restaurants, museums and theatres. Pick your morning activity: walk through the historic streets, head to Delft to see a pottery factory, visit the windmills of Kinderdijk, or explore Gouda and its cheese market (it's only open Thursdays).

You'll arrive in Bruinisse, a mussel fishing village known for its beaches and seafood. Back on the ship later, you'll have a farm-to-table oyster experience with fresh shellfish from the North Sea.

Antwerp
You'll cross into Belgium and dock in Antwerp, the country's second city and a major seaport. Pick a morning excursion: walk through the diamond district to see the cathedral and Steen Castle, pair Belgian beer with chocolate, or head to medieval Ghent with its canals and reimagined industrial spaces.

This afternoon choose between the Airborne Museum about the 1944 Battle of Arnhem, the 44-hectare Open Air Museum with historic Dutch houses and mills, or Palais Het Loo, a royal residence from 1685 with art collections and gardens. Tonight there's an on-board lecture about Holland's famous tulips and how they're grown.
