Itinerary
- Day 1
Casablanca to Chefchaouen
You'll get picked up from Casablanca airport or your hotel and head to Hassan II Mosque, which sits right on the Atlantic coast with really nice views. From there, it's a drive north through Rabat and into the Rif Mountains. By afternoon, you'll arrive in Chefchaouen and check into a traditional riad. After settling in, you can walk through the blue-painted streets of the old medina on your own time at whatever pace feels right.

Chefchaouen to Fes via Volubilis and Meknes
After breakfast in Chefchaouen, you'll have some free time to look around before heading south to Volubilis. This archaeological site has Morocco's best-preserved Roman ruins and some great mosaics to see. Next, you'll drive to Meknes to check out the Bab Mansour Gate and Lahdim Square. Later in the day, you'll continue on to Fes where you'll sleep in another traditional riad.

- Day 3
Fes
You'll spend the whole day in Fes with a local guide walking through the UNESCO-listed old medina, which is one of the world's best-preserved medieval cities. The day includes seeing the Royal Palace gate, walking through the Jewish quarter, and checking out traditional workshops, tanneries, and the busy souks. You'll come across Al-Qarawiyyin University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, and the Bab Boujloud, known as the Blue Gate. In the late afternoon, head up to an ancient fortress for panoramic views of the medina before heading back to your riad.

Fes to Merzouga
After breakfast, you'll travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop in Ifrane to see its charming alpine-style houses. You'll drive through cedar forests where you might spot Barbary macaque monkeys, then stop in Midelt for lunch. From there, continue into the dramatic Ziz Valley with its palm groves and kasbahs. Arrive in Merzouga by late afternoon and take a camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset. Spend the night at a luxury desert camp with dinner and Berber music.

- Day 5
Merzouga to Dades Valley
Wake up early to see the sunrise over the Sahara, then have breakfast at camp. You can either take a camel ride or a 4x4 back toward Merzouga and head toward the Dades Valley. Pass through Rissani and Erfoud, which are known for their fossil workshops. Next, arrive at Todra Gorge with its dramatic high cliffs and spend some time exploring the scenery or taking a short walk. Later, continue to the Dades Valley, famous for its red rock formations and scenic kasbahs. Have dinner and spend the night at a charming hotel in the area.

- Day 6
Dades Valley to Marrakech via Ait Ben Haddou
After breakfast, you'll drive along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs through the Valley of Roses, known for its rose products, heading toward Ouarzazate. The main stop is Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and fortified clay village that's been used in films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After walking through the kasbah, you'll cross the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2,260 meters, taking in valley views and Berber villages along the way. You'll reach Marrakech by evening and check into a traditional riad.

Marrakech to Casablanca
Start with a guided tour of Marrakech's main sites including the Koutoubia Mosque, the Majorelle Gardens, and the Saadian Tombs. Walk through the colorful souks and spend time in the Jemaa el-Fna square, which has snake charmers, musicians, and storytellers. In the afternoon, you'll drive back to Casablanca for your hotel drop-off or airport transfer for your departure flight. This wraps up your 7-day trip through Morocco.
