Riva del Garda to Limone
After transferring through rocky tunnels, you'll reach the Sonnensteig trail starting point. The hike takes you directly above the water on new footpaths, and you'll follow mountain streams to reach panoramic areas past a fishing museum. By afternoon you'll arrive in Limone, where you can walk around town and try the famous lemon ice cream.

Limone to Gardone Riviera - Salò
Start with a boat trip heading south across Lake Garda. From Toscolano, you'll follow historic paths through the valley past waterfalls and streams. Later you'll climb into wooded mountain areas, then trek on shady paths to Gardone Riviera. There's time to visit the exotic garden and wander through the town center before ending the day.

Gardone Riviera - Salò to Desenzano
This day involves walking the promenade path through the bay of Salò to the medieval village of Cisano, then continuing through olive groves to San Felice. You'll pass beaches and vacation areas, reach the rocky peninsula of Manerba with its cross, and trek along steep cliffs to Dusano. By evening, a boat takes you to your overnight accommodation.

Garda to Malcesine
After a short bus ride, you'll hike on historic stone paths up to a hermitage. The route passes unique rock formations called the 'Irons' and follows along Monte Baldo's slopes. You'll reach the small church of San Michele at the cable car station, where you can choose to either take the cable car to the summit or walk down to Malcesine to see Castello di Scaligero.

The day finishes with a walk along the lakeside promenade back to Riva del Garda.
