Itinerary
- Day 1
Salerno to Vietri sul Mare or Cetara
You'll arrive at Salerno train station and get transferred to your village base on the Amalfi Coast, either Vietri sul Mare with its colorful ceramics or the quiet fishing village of Cetara. After meeting your representative and picking up your e-bike, spend the rest of the day walking around the village to get oriented. Dinner happens at a local restaurant, so you'll have a chance to try regional food and settle in for the week.

Vietri sul Mare to Amalfi
This morning you'll cycle from Vietri sul Mare along the famous Amalfi Coast road heading toward Amalfi. You'll pass Cetara's colorful fishing boats, then climb up to Capo d'Orso where you get panoramic views across the coast. After that, the route descends through lemon groves as you move through Maiori and Minori. Later you'll pass through Castiglione and the whitewashed village of Atrani before finishing your ride in Amalfi for the night.

- Day 3
Amalfi - Mountain Loop to Ravello and Tramonti
From Amalfi you'll head inland and cycle through steep mountain terrain up to Ravello, which sits high above the coast with medieval monuments and grand villas surrounded by panoramic gardens. If you want, there are optional mountain villages to check out before lunch in Tramonti. Then you'll descend back down through lemon groves toward the coast, ending back in Amalfi by evening.

Amalfi to Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi
Starting from Amalfi with one last look at the Cathedral, you'll ride along the dramatic second part of the Strada Amalfitana road. You'll pass through Praiano and see the Grotta Azzurra sea cave and Furore Fjord along the way. After that comes the colorful village of Positano, then you'll climb over scenic ridges to reach Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you get views of both coasts. Dinner is included if you're staying at the agriturismo.

- Day 5
Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi - Sorrento Peninsula Loop
You'll cycle toward the southern tip of the Sorrento Peninsula, taking in views of both the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts from your elevated starting point in Sant'Agata. The ride goes to Punta Campanella where you can visit San Costanzo chapel for 360-degree views. If you're interested, Marina del Cantone beach and Baia di Ieranto nature reserve are optional stops on the way back. You'll return through Massa Lubrense and Sorrento, with dinner at your accommodation or a local spot.
