Booking through Tourradar was really easy. Intrepid & our guide Gajraj did a terrific job of making sure everything went smoothly. We felt safe and well cared for throughout our 2-week trip in Northern India. Several of our group did get gastro through the trip but we did expect that in India. Would have been good to take the bus to Varanasi rather than the train to allow for more time there. The dinner in Haveli Dharampura was great but the 4hr round-trip (from Grand hotel to Old Delhi) on top of a full day of flight travel

It was an excellent experience using Intrepid for our trip to India. The hotels we stayed in were all clean and the tours we went to were all well organized. I give a special praise to the tour leaders, who were very well informed. This was our first tour we did with Intrepid, but definitely not the last.

It is certainly a fast-paced tour, but it had to be to fit all the wonderful sites and experiences into the time available. Our biggest thank you to our guide. Not only did he help us, feel safe and secure, but the knowledge that he imparted with the passion and pride that he clearly holds for India made the explanations even more relevant and fulfilling. He was not afraid to broach the tough subjects, but in an impartial and positive manner, which left us feeling that we had an immeasurably better understanding of India’s culture, and beliefs, as well as it’s history, than we could have expected. He did a great job looking after the entire diverse group, and I think everybody was grateful for the brilliant way he handled issues and obstacles along the way.

I never expected to come away from this trip with such a feeling of wonder and excitement. India is truely incredible - the colours, the smells, the sounds, the wonderful people, the history, the abundance of wildlife. This trip was absolutely fantastic. It was great to be so well looked after while also sensing adventure along the way and knowing that the company is responsible and working with locals.
