Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive at either Catania or Palermo airport and pick up your electric rental car for the drive ahead. Head to the Calanica Resort near Cefalu on Sicily's north coast, then check in and get familiar with the hotel grounds and surrounding area.

- Day 2
Castelbuono - Wine Tasting
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Cefalu and walk through Piazza del Duomo to see the cathedral and its mosaics up close. You'll stroll Corso Ruggero's boutique shops and stop by the historic wash house. Later, head inland to Castelbuono to check out the 14th-century castle. Finish the evening with a wine tasting at Relais Abbazia Sant'Anastasia winery, which sits in an old abbey.

Palermo - Cooking Class
Starting with breakfast, you'll drive to Monreale on Monte Caputo's slopes with nice views toward Palermo below. Spend time at Monreale Cathedral viewing the Byzantine mosaics, then grab an arancina snack before continuing to Palermo. There you'll see Teatro Massimo, walk through the Il Capo market, and visit the cathedral. You'll pass through Quattro Canti square, and later head to Mondello beach for a private cooking class at Domeca boutique restaurant with wine included.

- Day 4
Madonie Regional Park
After breakfast, you have two optional directions to choose from. Either take an e-bike tour through Cefalu down to the sandy beach, or head into Madonie Regional Park to visit the medieval village of Collesano and explore the forests and mountain terrain. If interested, you can also continue to Geraci Siculo to try local pastries and bread from Castelbuono.

Taormina
Following breakfast, you'll drive to Mount Etna, Europe's most active volcano, passing through different vegetation zones and landscapes. Reach the Silvestri craters at around 1,900 meters/6,230 feet, with an optional jeep and cable car excursion available if you want to go higher to 3,000 meters. From there, continue to Taormina and walk Corso Umberto, then visit the Greco-Roman theater with views of Giardini Naxos bay, Mount Etna, and the Calabrian coast.

- Day 6
Tiberius Gorges
After breakfast, you'll explore optional activities around the Madonie area. Parco Avventura Madonie in Petralia Sottana offers acrobatic tree courses reaching 15 meters high, a 10-meter free-fall, tree climbing, archery, and orienteering. Visit the medieval village of Petralia Sottana, then head to Tiberius Gorges UNESCO geopark on the Pollina River where you can optionally take a rubber dinghy trip. A zipline experience is also available in nearby San Mauro Castelverde if interested.

Aeolian Islands
You have the option to take an excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Aeolian Islands. Drive to Milazzo, park your car, and board a private motorboat to Lipari where you'll explore the old town, cathedral, and archaeological park. Sail along the Faraglioni and Grotta del Cavallo, then continue to Vulcano for optional sulphur mud baths. The boat returns by sea, and you'll see the Rock of the Little Mermaid on the way back.
