Ajaccio
You'll arrive in Ajaccio on your own and board in the late afternoon. The ship leaves around 6 pm and heads to Sainte Barbe in the bay of Ajaccio for your first night at anchor.

- Day 2
Ajaccio - Sagone/Cargèse
After breakfast, you'll sail to either Sagone or Cargèse depending on the weather. Sagone's a small fishing village with a long sandy beach, while Cargèse has a port and the feel of a typical village with roots back to Greek colonists. You'll have lunch on board, try some water activities, walk around the village, and then settle in for dinner and an overnight mooring.

Landmarks/POIs Sagone Cargèse - Day 3
Cargèse/Sagone - Girolata
Sailing along the wild coast lets you take in jagged rocks and deep bays. You'll see Cala di Palù with its famous stone totems and the distinctive sugar loaf rock formation. Stop at Swimming Pool bay, which is surrounded by steep cliffs, for a chance to swim, snorkel, or kayak. From there you'll pass through the Calanques de Piana with its red, orange and pink granite caves and rock formations, then through the UNESCO World Heritage Gulf of Porto and by Capo Cenino before reaching the Gulf of Girolata with its Genoese fort and fishing village. Overnight you'll moor in the bay of Girolata.

Girolata - Calvi
You'll travel to the Scandola nature reserve, known for its wild coastline with reefs and small islands showing off Corsica's distinctive geological features. During the day, you'll moor and explore the reef area by dinghy, snorkel and look at the underwater rocks and fish. After lunch, you sail to Calvi, a historic town with busy quays full of bars and restaurants, plus winding narrow streets leading up to a large citadel. The night is spent moored in the marina.

Landmarks/POIs Scandola Nature Reserve Calvi Citadel - Day 5
Calvi - Girolata
Morning time in Calvi is yours to wander around on your own. Then you'll head to the Gulf of La Revellata for swimming, relaxing, snorkeling and kayaking. After lunch, you sail to Girolata through wild, steep landscapes carved into bright red granite. The volcanic history and water erosion have shaped the scenery with rugged cliffs, red rocks and quiet bays. Girolata is a charming fishing village you can only reach by sea, with a stony beach, houses and a 17th-century Genoese watchtower looking out over the bay. You'll do water activities and moor overnight in Cala Muretta or Cala Vecchia.

Girolata - Cargèse
You'll check out Capo Rosso and its viewpoints to catch sights missed on an earlier visit. From there, you sail to Cargèse, a typical Mediterranean port that's grown into a popular seaside resort. The town's character comes from a Greek colony that settled there in the 17th century. You'll have time for swimming, relaxation and water activities before settling into an overnight mooring.

Cargèse - Ajaccio
The morning brings sailing in the Bay of Sagone with a stop to moor and have lunch. Then you head for Ajaccio, arriving in the late afternoon. You can visit Napoleon Bonaparte's birthplace and soak up the relaxed vibe with its many cafes, restaurants and shops. Take a stroll through the narrow streets and check out the busy harbor quays.
