Itinerary
- Day 1
Paris Airport Arrival
You'll arrive at Paris airport and meet your driver for the transfer to your hotel near the airport. Depending on when you land, you might do some activities today or shift them to the next few days, so just plan accordingly based on your arrival time.
- Day 2
Paris
Start the morning with a guided walking tour through Paris's iconic sites, including Notre-Dame Cathedral and Pont Neuf (keep in mind tips are expected). After that, you'll head to the Louvre Museum on your own with skip-the-line tickets so you can move through at your own pace. Grab lunch somewhere nearby, then take a scenic River Seine cruise on a glass canopy boat later in the afternoon. By evening, you'll go to the top of the Eiffel Tower at your scheduled time.

This morning you'll walk along the Champs-Élysées boulevard and check out the high-end shopping there. After lunch, head to Montmartre on a self-guided tour using the provided Google Maps link, where you can see museums, vineyards, and windmills at your own speed. Later, you'll walk through the historic Père Lachaise Cemetery, which is the final resting place of some famous personalities from history.

Paris to Lyon
You'll take the train from Paris to Lyon this morning using the provided tickets. Once you arrive, handle your own transfers to and from the train station using public transport or a taxi. After checking into your hotel, spend the afternoon exploring Lyon's historic neighborhoods: Vieux Lyon, the Presqu'île, and Fourvierre Hill. You can see the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvierre, walk around Parc de la Tête d'Or, check out Place Bellecour, and visit Lyon Cathedral.

Annecy Day Trip from Lyon
Today you're taking a day trip to Annecy, known as the Venice of the Alps. Walk around the Old Town with its colorful houses and canals at your leisure. You'll have time to visit Lake Annecy, which is one of Europe's cleanest lakes, see the Palais de l'Isle (an old island prison), and check out Château d'Annecy for some nice panoramic views. This is a relaxed day to explore on your own schedule, and return train tickets back to Lyon are included.

Take the train to Nîmes this morning, which is about 30 minutes from Avignon.
