Arrival in Seoul
You'll arrive at Incheon International Airport where your assistant will meet you for the drive into Seoul. After checking in to your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to rest and recover from your flight.

- Day 2
Seoul City Tour and Korean Folk Village
This morning you'll start a guided city tour of Seoul. You'll see either Gyeongbok Palace or Deoksu Palace (Deoksu on Tuesdays, originally built in 1394) and watch the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony. Then you'll stop by the Folklore Museum to look at traditional artifacts and browse shops selling Korean ginseng or amethyst. Later, you'll head to Yongin and spend time at the Korean Folk Village where you can see traditional crafts and performances across more than 260 historic houses before heading back to Seoul by evening.

Seoul to Busan
You'll make your way to Seoul train station and board the KTX high-speed train heading to Busan. Once you arrive, your driver will meet you and start showing you around this major port city, South Korea's second largest.

- Day 4
Busan Coastal Sights and Gyeongju
Today focuses on Busan's coastal areas starting with Haeundae Beach, which is the city's most well-known sandy shore. You'll drive along Dalmaji-gil Road to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple sitting on the northeastern coast. After that, you'll walk through Gamcheon Culture Village with its colorful stacked houses, then check out Jagalchi Fish Market and BIFF Square. Later in the afternoon you'll travel to Gyeongju and visit Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, which was a secondary palace for Silla's crown prince.

- Day 5
Gyeongju Historic Sites
You'll spend the day exploring Gyeongju, the historic capital of the ancient Silla Kingdom. You'll see Cheomseongdae Observatory, Asia's oldest astronomical observatory, and tour the National Museum of Gyeongju with its collection of royal artifacts. Then you'll visit Bulguksa Temple and go to Seokguram Grotto, a UNESCO World Heritage stone temple. By evening, you'll head to Daegu for the night.

Haeinsa Temple and Hahoe Folk Village
This morning you'll visit Haeinsa Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site that holds important cultural treasures. After that, you'll travel to Hahoe Folk Village in Andong, which maintains Joseon Dynasty architecture and traditions from that era. Later, you'll head to Pyeongchang where you'll stay for the night.

Seoraksan National Park
You'll explore Seoraksan National Park, known for its dramatic peaks, jade-colored streams, and unique wildlife. You'll visit Sinheungsa Temple, an ancient spiritual and historical site in the area. If you're interested, there's an optional cable car ride up to Gwongeumseong Castle ruins (additional fee applies). By evening, you'll return to Seoul.

Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)
You'll take a half-day tour to the Demilitarized Zone, a historically significant border region between North and South Korea. You'll visit Imjingak Park, Dorasan Observatory, the Third Tunnel, and the Unification Observatory to learn about Korea's division and its ongoing importance. After the tour, you'll head back to Seoul.
