Itinerary

Chobe River Safari
After breakfast, your guide picks you up from your Kasane accommodation and heads to the river for a 3-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River. Along the way, you'll keep an eye out for elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and buffalo grazing or cooling off near the banks. The guide talks through what you're seeing and how the ecosystem works, which makes spotting wildlife feel less random and more connected. There's plenty of time for photography, and if you're into birds, you'll want your camera ready because the river attracts a lot of species. By late morning or early afternoon, you head back to your lodge.
