- Day 1
Istanbul
Your Angels Vacations representative will meet you at Istanbul Airport and take you to your 5-star hotel in historic Sultanahmet. The afternoon and evening are free for you to walk around the charming old streets at your own pace. You'll have a welcome dinner at the hotel to kick things off.

Istanbul
After breakfast, you'll take a full-day guided tour of Old Istanbul starting with Topkapi Palace where you can see Bosphorus views, then move on to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque with its 20,000 Iznik tiles. You'll also check out the ancient Hippodrome and the underground Basilica Cistern before heading back to your hotel. An optional Bosphorus cruise is available for the evening.

Istanbul
After breakfast, you'll take a guided cruise on the Bosphorus for about 2 hours to see palaces, bridges, and shoreline villages. From there, you'll head to the Asian side to visit Çamlıca Hill and the Grand Çamlıca Mosque. Next comes the Grand Bazaar where you can browse endless shops and treasures, followed by time in the colorful neighborhoods of Fener and Balat. You'll return to your hotel for your final night with an optional Turkish show available.

Istanbul to Ankara
After breakfast, you'll check out and drive 480 km to Ankara. Once you arrive, you'll explore Anıtkabir (the mausoleum of Atatürk) and Ankara Castle which has great panoramic city views. After sightseeing, you'll check in to your hotel and have dinner.

Ankara to Cappadocia
After breakfast, you'll check out and head 280 km across Anatolia to Cappadocia. Along the way, you'll see the vast reflective salt flats of Salt Lake and drive through Anatolian landscapes with villages, plains, and volcanoes. You'll check in to your cave-style hotel and relax for the evening. If you're on the 27 Dec departure, an included New Year's Eve Gala Dinner and Show is part of your stay.

Cappadocia
You can take an optional hot air balloon ride at sunrise over Cappadocia's fairy chimneys and valleys, then have breakfast. After that, you'll join a guided tour exploring the region's valleys and underground cities including Göreme Open-Air Museum with its frescoed churches, Devrent Valley's whimsical rock formations, Pasabag's fairy chimneys, and Avanos where you'll see traditional pottery-making. You'll also visit an underground city. If you're on the 19 Dec departure, an included Christmas Eve Gala Dinner and Show happens this evening.

Cappadocia to Kuşadası
After breakfast, you'll check out and transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Izmir (about 1 hour 15 minutes; if no direct flight is available, a one-stop option takes about 4 hours total). You'll then drive about 1 hour to Kuşadası on the Aegean coast, check in to your hotel, and have dinner.

Kuşadası
After breakfast, you'll visit the ancient city of Ephesus to see its impressive library, theatre, and marble streets. You'll explore the House of Virgin Mary (a sacred hillside shrine) and see the remains of the Temple of Artemis, one of the ancient seven wonders. After sightseeing, you'll return to Kuşadası for dinner and your overnight stay with optional leather factory and fashion show available.

After breakfast, you'll check out and drive 190 km inland to Pamukkale. Once you arrive, you'll explore the white mineral terraces of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis with its theatre, gates, and necropolis. An optional Cleopatra's Pool lets you swim among ancient ruins if you'd like. You'll check in to your 5-star thermal hotel and have dinner with optional spa treatments available.

After breakfast, you'll check out and transfer to Izmir Airport or Denizli Airport for your flight back to Istanbul. The rest of the day is free with optional Turkish Delight Factory and textile/outlet visits available before your flight.

You have a free day in the Taksim area to explore and unwind at your own pace. Wander through Istiklal Street, sip Turkish coffee, or discover the city's rich heritage however you'd like. Optional guided daytime tours are available if you want to visit specific attractions like Dolmabahçe Palace, Süleymaniye Mosque, Galata Tower, or Mecidiye Mosque.
