Itinerary
- Day 1
Uluru
You'll arrive in Uluru before 2:30 PM and head straight to the Uluru and Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre to learn about Anangu culture and how the natural environment shaped this national park. After settling in, you'll have the rest of the afternoon to yourself at your hotel for a two-night stay.

- Day 2
Uluru
This morning you'll pick one of four activities: catch the sunrise at Uluru with cultural guidance and a picnic breakfast, go on a camel ride through the Red Centre landscape, do a 12-kilometre guided walk around Uluru's base, or join Anangu artists for a sunrise experience. In the afternoon, you'll head to Kata Tjuta and Walpa Gorge to see the sacred sites and ancient landmarks up close. A helicopter tour is available if you want to add that on.

Uluru to Kings Canyon
You'll drive from Uluru toward Alice Springs, stopping at Kings Canyon in Watarrka National Park for a relaxed walk along the canyon floor where you'll see native plants like MacDonnell Ranges Cycads. Later in the evening, you'll check out Light-Towers, an immersive light and sound display with multicoloured towers by Bruce Munro that opened in April 2023. Then you'll settle into your hotel for two nights on the edge of Watarrka National Park.

- Day 4
Kings Canyon
Start with an optional scenic flight over Kings Canyon if you've booked it ahead of time. After that, you'll do the Karrke cultural tour, a one-hour guided walk where a local will teach you about bush tucker, grinding rocks, seasonal edible trees, grass seeds, and bush medicine. You'll head back to the hotel for dinner and have time to relax or chat with other travelers.

Kings Canyon to Alice Springs
You'll travel toward Alice Springs while taking in views of the East MacDonnell Ranges along the way. Once there, you'll do a city tour that includes a visit to the legendary Royal Flying Doctor Service. Check in to your hotel for the night and have an outdoor outback bush BBQ dinner with damper cooking and entertainment from a bush balladeer.

Alice Springs
Start at Anzac Hill Memorial for panoramic views of Alice Springs and the surrounding ranges. Then visit Alice Springs Desert Park on an Aboriginal Cultural Tour where local guides will show you the region's flora and fauna and share bush remedies and food sources. You'll also stop at the School of the Air visitor centre to learn how remote outback education has worked since 1951. Later, you'll board The Ghan train for an overnight journey between Adelaide and Darwin in Gold Service luxury, with the Outback Explorer Lounge and dinner in the Queen Adelaide Restaurant.

Katherine
You'll have breakfast aboard The Ghan while watching the outback landscape change around you. After arriving in Katherine, the gateway between the outback desert and tropical Top End, you'll choose between a guided cruise through Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge to see red ochre sandstone walls and hear Jawoyn people stories, or another experience. Then you'll reboard the train and travel to Darwin for a two-night stay.

Darwin
You'll explore Darwin, the multicultural capital of the Top End. Pick from four activities: jumping crocodiles and wetlands nature at Adelaide River and Fogg Dam, waterfalls and scenery at Litchfield National Park, a hop-on-hop-off Darwin City Sights tour, or a WWII Bombing of Darwin tour with harbour cruise. The day wraps up with a farewell dinner where you can celebrate with your new friends.
