Itinerary

Day 1
Ayers Rock
You'll arrive at Ayers Rock Airport and get transferred to your hotel. This afternoon, a local guide takes you through Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park to hear Aboriginal creation stories right at the base of Uluru. From there you walk out to Mutitjulu Waterhole where you can see ancient rock art and sacred sites. Later in the day you head to the Uluru Sunset Viewing Area with sparkling wine in hand, then settle in for a BBQ dinner with Uluru as your backdrop. After dinner you'll do some star gazing while someone shares Aboriginal sky stories with the group.

Day 2
Ayers Rock
Head out early to catch the sunrise at Talinguru Nyakunytjaku Uluru Sunrise Viewing Area with tea or coffee. You'll then travel over to Kata Tjuta's 36 domes and view the southern side from a dune platform. Next comes a walk through Walpa Gorge, a 1.3km trail that cuts through between two of the tallest domes. After you finish the walk, you'll head back to Ayers Rock Resort for lunch where the tour wraps up.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with AAT Kings. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and AAT Kings will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
