  I had an amazing time on the 2-day Kangaroo Island tour with Groovy Grape. Our guide, James, was absolutely incredible - knowledgeable, friendly, and always bringing positive energy in abundance. The itinerary was comprehensive without being feeling rushed, and the food was excellent (even for me as a vegetarian - it doesn't happen often with tours!). If you're looking to go on a tour from Adelaide, I'd recommend Groovy Grape without hesitation :) Thank you!

  From the moment we were picked up, Groovy Grape delivered a one-of-a-kind adventure filled with stunning sights, incredible wildlife, and heartfelt hospitality. In just 24 hours, we saw more than we ever thought possible—seals basking on the beach, kangaroos hopping through the bush, and breathtaking coastal views that seemed straight out of a postcard. Our guide was not only knowledgeable and passionate, but also SO fun to be around. James made sure everyone felt welcome, included, and cared for throughout the journey. The pace was perfect—just the right mix of exploring, learning, relaxing, and having a good laugh. The food was delicious, the stories were engaging, and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen.   This trip to Kangaroo Island was really memorable! Thanks to James, our amazing tour guide, we discovered breathtaking places and learned everything about the island and the animals living there.   I’m so glad I chose Groovy Grape for my two days adventure at Kangaroo Island! Already in the planning beforehand they were so helpful with suggesting me which dates to pick according to weather and group constellation. Our driver and guide James was the best - he always found the right balance in telling us lots of insights about the island and leave us time to listen to his playlist or even make up our own! And one of the best things: you didn’t feel like being in a rush at all. Usually this happens quite a lot when doing guided tours, it’s like “you have 15 minutes here and then another 10 minutes there”. Not with James! He always gave us enough time to enjoy all the different highlights of the island and then intuitively found the right timing for the group to move on. Also he is a great photographer ;-) The first day finishes up with a yummy BBQ dinner at the camp yard. At the campsite you can also spot lots of wildlife like kangaroos and possum and sometimes koalas. The clamping tents were amazing, I had a great sleep feeling so close to nature. Also the included breakfast and lunch were really great. In general the tour is very well planned as we were always in front of the big tourist bus so we could even enjoy the marvelous rocks almost by ourselves. If you are looking for a tour to explore Kangaroo Island - take this one!

  This was an amazing adventure for me and my daughter. Was the perfect trip. Can't speak highly enough for the guide and his knowledge, genuine passion and love for the island. Tour wasn't rushed but we still saw so much.

  I loved this tour! You get to see all the highlights of Kangeroo Island and some beautiful spots that you may not have come across on your own too. Our guide James was fab, he has lots of fun facts and goes out of his way to make sure the group are all having a good time- thanks James for making the trip so fun! Food and accommodation were great and I got to see so much wildlife. Such a fun packed two days, really is a 10/10 tour- if you can, definitely give this trip a go!

  The 2 day and 1 night KI tour was more than I could ever expect. The tour guide JR was amazing, we visited many lovely locations and saw kangaroos, koalas and even dolphins. The glamping was nicely organized and I slept really well. The bbq dinner was delicious and later in the evening there was the most spectacular sky with full of stars. The breakfast was organized with the visitor center nearby which was really good and it was nice to have a good coffee to start the morning. I would highly recommend this tour for everyone. It was one of the best tours where I ever been. Thank you for making this memorable experience possible.
