He was helping us out even before we arrived in Japan! Bianco was organized, friendly, full of energy, and made everything run so smoothly—totally stress-free, yet so much fun. At the end of each day, he’d drop me back at the hotel and even suggest great spots to check out at night, so I could really make the most of every day there. The hotel was super clean and comfy—I loved it. Every place we visited was amazing and Bianco went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible. We were lucky enough to catch all the incredible sights—Mount Fuji included—and thanks to Bianco’s smart planning, we avoided the worst weather and the big crowds.
