Arrival and Afternoon Game Drive
You'll arrive in Nairobi and drive out toward Maasai Mara, stopping at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to take in the landscape before settling into your lodge. After getting situated and grabbing lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive to look for wildlife across the reserve. Depending on timing, you might see elephants, zebras, or lions as the light starts to shift toward evening.

Full Day Game Drive
This is your full day in Maasai Mara, so you'll spend it doing what you came for: game drives with a guide who knows where animals tend to hang out. Head out early in the morning when wildlife is most active, then come back for breakfast and a rest during the heat of the day. Afterward you'll head back out for an afternoon drive, and meals are arranged throughout so you won't need to worry about finding food.

Morning Game Drive and Departure
Start before sunrise for one last game drive to catch any animals you might have missed and see the reserve in morning light. You'll have breakfast, then pack up and drive back toward Nairobi, making a stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint again on the way. The drive back takes a few hours, so you'll arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon.
