- Day 2Panama CityBreakfast is on you this morning before heading out for a full day around Panama City. You'll see the Panama Canal up close and watch ships move through the locks, then walk the Amador Causeway for views of the skyline. After that, you'll check out Casco Viejo's colonial streets and squares where the old architecture really stands out. - Meals

You'll stop at Altos de Campana National Park first, where you can hike for about 2.5 hours through forests with views over to the Pacific. - Day 9Medellín to ArmeniaYou're traveling about 280 km through the Andes from Medellín to Armenia in the coffee region. Breakfast is included before you leave. Once there, you'll spend the afternoon relaxing on a rural finca surrounded by coffee plantations. - Meals

- Day 10Salento - ArmeniaYou'll head out early to Cocora Valley in the Colombian Andes for a hike through towering wax palms that reach up to 60 meters high - the world's tallest palm trees. The landscape there is really something, with those massive palms creating this almost surreal backdrop as you walk through. After spending time hiking and taking in the valley, you'll drive to the nearby town of Salento where you'll tour a working coffee plantation and learn how they grow and process coffee beans in the Cafetero region. From there, it's about a 60 km drive back to Armenia by late afternoon. - Meals

You'll see colors of red, ochre and grey scattered throughout the landscape.
