Itinerary
- Day 1
Ivalo to Urho Kekkonen National Park
You'll land in Ivalo and get transferred through snowy terrain to your hotel near Urho Kekkonen National Park. Once you settle in, head out that evening on a snowmobile sledge or minibus to search for the Northern Lights across Finnish Lapland. While waiting for the lights to show up, you'll warm yourself with hot drinks inside a traditional Sami tent.

- Day 2
Urho Kekkonen National Park
This morning starts with a dog sled safari led by an experienced musher. You'll ride huskies pulling sleds through the winter landscape for about 1 hour, sharing a sled with a partner and switching off during the journey. After that, put on snowshoes and hike for roughly 2 hours through Urho Kekkonen National Park with a guide.

Reindeer Farm Experience
A snowmobile takes you to a reindeer farm where local Sami herders are waiting. You'll learn about Sami culture and how reindeer are herded in Arctic conditions, get time with the animals themselves, and spend around 4 hours taking in this part of their way of life.

Cross-Country Skiing and Aurora Hunt
After getting briefed on technique, you'll cross-country ski through deep snow for about 2 hours, moving through the winter landscapes at your own pace. Later in the evening, you're back out on a snowmobile safari for another 2.5-hour Northern Lights hunt. During this trip, you'll have chances to switch drivers, warm up, and grab some photos to remember.
