- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive in Finland and start settling into your surroundings. This is your introduction to the country and what makes it special, so take time to get oriented and rest up before the real activities begin.
- Day 2
Helsinki
After arriving in Helsinki, you'll head into the capital city this evening. It's a 20-minute walk through the center to reach your welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where you'll meet the other travelers on this trip.

Landmarks/POIs Helsinki - Day 3
Helsinki
A local expert leads you around the city starting at Senate Square and the Cathedral. You'll spend 90 minutes walking through the distinctive Tori Quarters, then have time to wander Market Square on your own. The Sibelius Monument is also on the agenda, plus plenty of free time to check out whatever else catches your interest around Helsinki.

Helsinki to Lapland
You'll fly north to Ivalo and head into Lapland for the winter activities. After a reindeer sled ride, you'll check into your log cabin at Kakslauttanen Resort for two nights, and you'll have access to your own sauna. Later, travel by motor coach toward Inari with stops to look for the northern lights.

Lapland
Start the morning with an authentic Finnish sleigh breakfast, then meet Santa's Elves and visit Santa at his place for a conversation. After dinner, a reindeer farmer takes you on a safari through the wilderness. You'll learn about Sámi herding traditions, have warm berry juice by a fire inside a Lappish tepee, and continue searching for the northern lights.

Today you'll lead your own dog sled team through the Arctic on a husky safari. Learn the commands and get familiar with the dogs before your last night, which you'll spend in a glass igloo. There's a good chance you might see the northern lights from your bed.

Lapland to Helsinki
Fly back to Helsinki and you'll have the afternoon free to explore. Walk around the central squares, check out local shops for Finnish designs and products, and enjoy some downtime. This evening, there's a celebration dinner downtown with everyone to reflect on the trip.
